The Securities Law Report offers national coverage of securities-related legal news. Launched in late 2007 by publisher Courthouse News Service, the Securities Law Report is a legal monthly that reaches law firms and media companies in print and online formats.

The articles are written by experienced legal reporters located across the country, drawing content from lawsuits, rulings and filings in an extensive network of courts. Subscribers receive comprehensive coverage of a wide range of issues affecting the securities industry, including new class actions, shareholder derivative actions, SEC filings, SEC/FINRA regulations, appellate rulings, administrative law judge’s decisions and disciplinary actions.

In addition to the core articles, the report contains recurring sections: In Brief, a summary of recent settlements, new regulations and other legal buzz; the Featured Ruling, a full-text opinion relevant to the industry that’s chosen each month by the editor, and a monthly round-up of SEC Trading Suspensions.
